Having a radiant skin is not just a matter of good genes, your daily skin care habits will result in how healthy your skin will looks. I usually get a lot of positive remarks about how smooth and lush my skin looks, so in this blog post I have decided to share my skin care routine with you all.
I follow a very simply skin care routine to maintain my facial glow, I mask my face once per week using the “Indian clay mask”. It keeps my face firms and tightens my facial muscles.
I wash it off with Ambi complexion cleansing bar, it gently cleans and exfoliates my facial pores without leaving my skin dry. One of the reasons why I love the Ambi cleansing bar is how it tones my complexions and keeps my skin pimple free. Afterwards I cleanse my face with “Witch hazel” using cotton buds. The witch hazel gets rid of dead skin cells and blemishes.
I proceed to apply few drops of pure hyaluronic acid serum to my face and neck gently massaging it into the skin. Finally, I apply few drops of "Argan vitamin E nourishing oil" to my face and neck. This helps to hydrate, balance and rejuvenate the skin enhancing a healthy glow. Most importantly make sure you drink lots of water, it helps clear the skin. Also consume carrots more often, the beta carotene in carrots is a skin-friendly nutrient that gets converted to vitamin A inside the body. It helps repair skin tissues whiles protecting the skin from harmful radiation.
