For most people summer/spring season is the time of the year for vacationing, getting away with the loved one, going on a trip with the girls or vacationing with the children. It’s the time of the year when it’s okay to be confident and bold with your fashion sense. Its okay not to travel if you can’t afford it, but there are other local sightseeing options in your state you can plan to visit. They say all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. 'Group me' is a software application that can get you the best deals on tourist sites. Now, I put together 10 summer must have which can accentuate your look this summer.

Sunglasses.

A good 'ol’ sunglasses is a must have in the summer time, at least living in Texas will teach you that. Not only does it protect your eyes from ultra-violet rays, but it elevates your appearance, giving you the chic look. Make sure you know you face shape in order to purchase a sunglass that better compliments you face structure. For example, if your face is round wayfarers and rectangular shaped sunglasses should be your go to. If you have an oval face aviators and round sunglasses would fit you better.

Loop earrings

I love a midsize loop earring in the summer, it gives the bold and hip look.

Two tone watch

This is a must have for me simply because it can be accessorized with both silver and gold jewelry. Wearing a watch makes you look classic and elegant, especially in these times where our phones are the first thing we reach out for when we want tell the time.

Bold lipstick

Whether its pink, purple or black, a bright lipstick brings the joy and that little girl in me. All I need to snap out of a somber summer day is a wild matte or glossy color lipstick.

Perfume

Who goes through summer season without a cool perfume? Remember not to wear overpowering perfumes in the summer. Nobody wants to smell you from a mile away. Keep it minimal, cool and fresh. My signature fragrance brand is Marc Jacobs, and the daisy by Marc Jacobs is my favorite in the summer. Its fruity, floral and sweet I get a lot of compliments when I wear it.

Crossbody bags.

I love a good quality crossbody bag, its easy to carry and very handy. As a new mom, I find it very convenient when running errands. It makes my essentials like keys, wallet, lipstick, sunglasses, tissue and mirror easy to reach.

Bold color bracelets

Bracelets are everyday statement pieces. This is one of my statement pieces I don’t step out without in the summer, your wrist will appreciate you for gracing them.

Sandals

What is the essence of having a pedicured feet if you intend to cover it up the whole time? Its summertime and your feet must breathe when you’re out there basking in the sun. A stylish sandal will always compliment your crossbody bag.

Baseball cap

I literally cannot do without my baseball cap in the summer. I need it to shade my face against the scotching Texas heat in the summer and, it also gives me the sporty look.

Wicker Bag

This is a great pick for picnics. It gives an exotic look.

Sunscreen

A sunscreen is a necessity for the summer, basking in the sun on a beach without sunscreen applied to your skin is a recipe for skin disaster. If you want to maintain a healthy radiating skin and still catch some fun in summer, never do away with a quality sunscreen. I'd advice you go for a “broad spectrum” with SPF 30 or higher which is also water resistant. Enjoy your summer “burn proof” with the right sunscreen.
